With the highway interchange of Rives, located near Colombe, with Grenoble – Saint-Etienne-de-Saint-Geoirs airport not much further, and Grenoble city reachable in 30 minutes, or even Lyon – Saint Exupéry airport in 45 minutes, the East Bièvre cities association shows many assets.

About 700 enterprises (industries, shops, artisans…) are established in the area.
